Guys, I’m back ONLINE!!!

Just in case you’re wondering why… I haven’t been surfing the net for 2 weeks. I need a fresh dose of bytes from the web!

It happened that last friday, the internet was extremely slow. I was eager to read up about the just-released Leopard.

By Saturday, I could not even connect to the Internet. GG! Felt so crippled without the internet, there’s nothing to do when I can’t get online. All I can do is race around Palmont City.

Technician came and fixed the faulty land line. Shitty thing is, apparently the router was damaged too. Might be the power surges caused by the bad weather recently. Thanks ah!

Went to Singnet, they said the warranty is over and would charge us $280.00 for a new gateway. KNN, might as well donate to Help-Styke-Get-A-Mac Fund.

With the company of ‘ntrnat fwens, went to Sim Lim and picked up a DLink ADSL Router. Expected it to be around $50.00, but those are just routers only, no ADSL modems built in.

Well, $98.00 still a lot cheaper than freaking $280.00. Z!
